uso amule 2.1.3 y mandriva  free 2006

amule: error while loading shared libraries: libwx_gtk2u_adv-2.6.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

¿Has instalado el paquete 'wxGTK'? Ve ahí (http://forum.amule.org/thread.php?threadid=10296&sid=) para ficheros RPM de wxGTK por Mandriva.

tengo que instalar estos 2?

No, necesitas solamente el paquete wxGTK.
