Dopo aver finito di apt-gettare amule e aver configurato tutte le opzioni del caso, ho ottenuto un bel crash =)
Ecco il backtrace dovrebbe esserci tutto, ah il crash sussiste anche dopo aver cancellato la cartella .aMule di configurazione e aver riconfigurato tutto di nuovo.

notare il killall alla fine che ho dovuto dare perché nonostante il crash amule rimaneva aperto
Spero di non aver spammato inutilmente :D
Magari è un bug che è già stato risolto nelle versioni successive... ?(

Non hai provato con la aMule-2.1.3 e wxGTK-2.6.3, secondo me il problema è già stato risolto in queste versioni ;)
