Title: Computer shutdown (Mac)

running on osx 10.4.8

emule shuting my computer down after few minutes of unactivity. is it normal?

That is definitively not normal. ;)

What kind of Mac do you have?

Could you describe in a little more detail what you mean by "aMule is shutting my computer down"? Do you mean the computer just turns off? Do you mean the computer stops responding? Do you mean you are getting a kernel panic ("Message: You need to shut down this computer now")?

im running macbook and its just turns off. really strange isnt it ;)

Actually, it's not. That's exactly what I expected. ;)

The random shutdowns on some MacBooks are a known issue. Apple just released a firmware update to fix them. For more details, see here (http://www.macrumors.com/pages/2006/10/20061026182008.shtml).
