Hi
I'm running Debian etch x86 with the official aMule 2.1.3 package. I connect on this server from another computer running a Debian etch amd64. All worked OK, but since a few days, I cannot login anymore on amuleweb. If I enter the right password, I'm sent back to the login page (with no error message).
I tried to empty my cache and change my browser : nothing with Opera9 and Firefox 1.5. But links2 can connect (if I remove the zip compression). The amule log is OK, it shows a successful connection on each atempt to use amuleweb. I tried not using amuled but amuled+amuleweb with various options, nothing changed.
After searching the forums and the web, it seems I'm not the first to encounter this problem, but still no known solution.
amuleweb log :

Anything would help, thanks

I deleted the cookies and it works again.
But I didn't find the origin of the bug. At least, there should be a workaround that deletes the cookie(or the session?) on the login page. If it was real PHP, that would be easy, but with aMulePHP, it seems you don't have the full control of your session. But I may be wrong.

I've seen this bug, but it never occurred to me to delete the cookie. Thanks for the tip.
Speaking of the amuleweb cookie, for my tastes it expires waaay to quickly. I haven't specifically timed it, but it must be around four hours. I would much prefer something like two weeks or a month.

I believe that it's due to a bad names resolution.
If it's the same machine. Possibly, access it with simple loopback

I stopped to use it, since remotely always happened it me the same thing. Maybe it is solved adapting it in the local DNS. I don't know
