Title: remote gui reports wrong user id's
Post by: Ramiro on February 18, 2007, 08:38:40 PM
Hi,
I'm running remote gui on a PC and amuled on a NSLU2.
When I select an username in the uploads window and click on 'show details', it shows things like:
User ID: 0 (HighId)
or:
Server IP: 3.0.0.0
or:
IP Address: :148

Does it have something to do with wx being 2.6.3?
amuled and remote-gui are both 2.1.3

Thanks for your work
Ramiro

Hey, hello again Ramiro.

It's not implemented yet AFAIK.

Hi Kry, nice to meet you.
My NSLU2 was doing weird things, it took me months to realize that the culprit was a faulty RAM chip.
I bought a new NSLU2 (will they lower its price some day?) and now amuled works like a charm.
I thought the remote-gui thing was a bug cause sometimes a true UserID is shown (or a number that looks like an UserID).
Anyway, it's not an important one.

Thanks again
Ramiro

I don't remember if remote gui implement the value itself, but status Low/High ID should be working ok.

lfroen,
Is this capture 'normal'?
I think it's a bit odd.

Ramiro,

Please, try tomorrow cvs tarball, there are still things to fix, but the IP / Server / Software Version should be fixed.
