I've downloaded the amule's last version (1.26) and I have copied my temp files from Windows emule to Linux (Mandrake 9.2), but Amule didn't support them.
¿Is there something I can do to fix this problem?

I use the same temp dir for eMule and aMule, in fact temp file format is the same.
Check if you set the right dir in preferences.

¿Do you use Mandrake 9.2?
Temp's dir is right

Mandrake is not the problem, I know that it works very well.
did you copy your *whole* temp dir or did you just copy your 0xx.part files? you need to copy the whole directory that amule can use the part files.
Then, second step, you need to be sure that amule is searching in the right directory. The directory where amule searches for downloads (temp directory) can be set in "preferences"

I've copied the 0xx.part files into /home/myuser/.amule/Temp, wich is the directory that is created by default by the amule, and is set right in preferences.

u need to copy all files .. xx1.part , xx1.part.met and xx1.part.met.bak ..

run amule with those part in that place, close it, and post ~/.aMule/logfile here

Well, I finally fix the problem :D
It was all a problem of permissions, when I copied the emule's 0xx.part files into the amule's temp directory (from Windows to Linux), the user was: "nobody", and the group was "nogroup", and "others" didn't have any permission. I've made a chmod 777 * into the temps directory and now all works fine.
