I translated the last 145 messages to german.

I transalated the 11 Missing Strings, and fixed 3 Syntaxerrors.

I am going through the whole file right now to wipe out resisting errors. There are some words that are translated in different  manners. I am in the irc chat and wellcome You for discussion.

EDIT:
OK the result de.po file is attached. there are mostly little typo changes.

I don't know where the two missing came from, but here is the complete one.
