Title: Unknown flag tangofied

Here are 3 proposals for replacing the "unknown.xpm" icon found in the "flags_xpm" folder.
They are all derived from a tango icon, so are CC-by-sa.
Please choose the one you prefer and replace that old one in the source!  ;)
(personally, I prefer the third one)
