Title: utf8 crashes buttons

hi, I ain't seen if this bug exists yet so...

I use fr_FR.utf8@euro as locale, and when I run aMule and I select french as language, I obtain some big buttons, where small one should be enough...

more over there is the problem that utf8 doesn't seem supported at all, and so our french characters are not well written...

I doubt you could use UTF-8 since aMule is not Unicode ready (a flaw inherited from eMule).
