Title: More about the "more" button . . .
Post by: kuvasz on March 27, 2009, 02:04:52 PM
Could be handy, but it's always grayed out.

Any tips on how to access it?

It only works on ED2K searches, not on KAD searches.

Enable ED2K protocol, get a good server list and connect to an ED2K server.

Thanks. ED2K status is connected. (Keep in mind that I'm rather a newbie.)

Where do I go to get  a good server list?

And then how do I connect to an ED2K server?

Try reading the sticky post on top of this page.

There is no sticky post on top of this page.

Did you mean the one before?

Read Before Posting (http://www.amule.org/amule/index.php?topic=15945.0)
Get a clean Serverlist and up-to-date IPfilter (http://www.amule.org/amule/index.php?topic=16690.0)

It's interesting - someone once made a test about the time needed for searching for information and asking for information. In most cases people were done with searching in the time they needed to ask a question.

Stu, thanks for your help. I was able to get the ed2k to work.

However, I'm not sure what to put in the ed2k link. I've tried several things but I must be overlooking something right under my nose.

(Wuiscke, I understand that I'm slow. It's not something I can change.)
