Title: simple instructions needed

I have moved from PC to iMac (10.5). I would like to use amule but can't find a simple guide about how to download and install it. The level of assumed knowledge is far above what I have. Looking at the forums, wiki, and download pages, I am not even sure amule is available for mac! Is there a simple  click, download,  install, ready to use option? I don't miss much about my PC but things like this seemed a bit easier. I would really appreciate some help and guidance.......

I don't own a Mac, but it should be simple:
* Download the most recent Mac file (currently still aMule-2.2.3-GeoIP-OSX10.4%2B.dmg (http://sourceforge.net/project/downloading.php?group_id=88225&use_mirror=dfn&filename=aMule-2.2.3-GeoIP-OSX10.4%2B.dmg)),
* put it where you want it installed (probably /Applications) and
* double click on it to start it.
