Title: R10056 download priority shows upload priority

the column in the download window in the amuleGUI shows the upload priority like release instead of the download priority.

No problem with the normal amule.

I found this bug by setting a download to high and nothing happened.
(It was set to high but not shown)
Und than a sorted the column and found entries like "release"

In the normal amule the donwload set to high are set to high.
Only the column shows the wrong info.

Fixed in 10061. Anything else? I've shaken up KnownFile/PartFile handling in amulegui pretty hard.  :)
