Title: Amule 2.3.1 'view shared files' dosn't list complete files in incoming folder

emule 2.3.1 on centos 6

I allow other ed2k clients to get a list of files I am sharing.
When I do view shared files from emule on another machine amule sends the names of incomplete files with at least one part which are in the incoming folder, it lists files which are in other shared folders (set in preferances->directorys) but it dosn't list files which are complete in the incoming folder.

You are finding most interesting issues.  :)
Hmm.
Are all files in Incoming missing or only files completed in the current session?
I've looked through the code but didn't find anything wrong.

Whoops. This was very broken. In two places.
Fixed in 10750.
