Title: Incorrect source exchange packet format

aMule 2.0.0rc3 sends incorrect source exchange packet v2.

Packet format is:
4 - IP
2 - Port
4 - SrvIP
2 - SrvPort
16 - UserHash

Your current packet is:
4 - IP
4 - Port
4 - SrvIP
2 - SrvPort
16 - UserHash

4 bytes for port is too much 8).

Thank you for the report, we have found the source of the problem and it will be dealt with. :)
