Title: Could not create backup of....

I use MDK9.1 and aMule 1.0.8, my temp directory is on a FAT partition. If i start amule after a few minute the command line give me this output:

info: Could not create backup of '/mnt/win_d/eMuleData/Temp/007.part.met'

For all the .part, and in a popup window the client alert me that the filesystem permission is readonly.... :shock:  But i have set the correct permission for this partition....
I have encountered this error in all version of aMule, and i think this is a bug....
Does exist a way for fixed this problem?

hey

sure your problem is the same?
amule is in version rc7 now and has no problem at all with vfat partitions...
try as a normal user to create a directory or a file in that dir..does taht work?
