Title: Preferences bugs

HI!

I have set down/upload limits to 20/5 and I have disabled UDP.

- start aMule
- goto prefs/connections -> everything looks OK (limit 20/5, UDP=0)
- enter 0 into download limit
- press OK
- goto prefs/connections -> now UDP port is 1025!
- enable and disable UDP -> now UDP port is 0 again
- enter 0 into download limit
- click into field upload limit -> now download limit is 1 instead of 20!
- now you can only get it to 20 by entering 20 or using the arrows

Reproducable every time on Suse 9.0.

LOL, you won the very first hard-to-beat place on Monkey Island bugs!!!
I hope you are never beaten from there hehehe ;)
Ok, will be added to bugs list, allthough I'm sure that bug can get some steps simlñiefed to see easily where the bug comes from. if you could try to find out which are the oinly necessary steps to reproduce it, it'd be fine (also, if an exact order is required).

HI!

Well, actually, I suspect, this is two bugs. The UDP port changing and the 1 in download limit.

At least the UDP port bug can be looked at alone (only the first half of the steps).
