Title: "Port 4662 unreachable" dialog prevents connection

Due to firewalling and a crappy connection, I often get the message "Your Port 4662 is not reachable. You have a low ID" (or something similar).  The problem is that this message box seems to be "modal" and aMule will not attempt to connect until I clear the message box (click OK).  This is a pain as I sometimes need to relaunch aMule remotely etc. and when this happens, it doesn't connect and, well, you can see how that sucks.

we got in 1.2.0 a small typo in one file that caused the "low ID bug" back if u relaunch amule too fast ..
its fixed on cvs
