Title: Problem with filenames with german Umlauts

HI!

I downloaded 2 files that had a german special character (Umlaut) in their filename.

Download finished OK, but the files did not appear in the shared files list. When I pressed the reload shared files button, aMule rehashed those 2 files and then they appeared in the shared files list, but the Umlaut has been removed.
