thats what he said... what shall i do?

try moving ~/.aMule and ~/.eMule to some other place and start aMule.
Please report results.

... and it says:
"your lacale has been changed to System Default due to a version change. sorry."

so what now? please help :D

Id' suggest you to unisntall it (/purge it) and reinstall again...
