have you removed your kernel's sources lately?
if you self-compile your kernel, run "make install" (in 2.6 kernels) from within your kernel's sources directory.
If you install your kernel from your distro's packages, isntall the development package too.
Greetings!

maybe... i recently switched to nptl so i dealt with kernel headers... anyway, everything solved with today's cvs!
