Title: Link handler doesn't accept some (long?) links
Post by: JLP on November 28, 2004, 05:45:47 PM
I tried to copy this link to ED2K links handler (it should ne in one line):

ed2k://|file|mozilla-win32-1.8a5-installer.[content.emule-project.net].exe|12557472|D092218FC6D465E50C5F008340011123|h=W5UIEWHJMD5QXVSNA3Q6PJVB3Z367NS3|s=http://ftp.eu.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.8a5/mozilla-win32-1.8a5-installer.exe|s=http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.8a5/mozilla-win32-1.8a5-installer.exe|p=47E3795A79D7731737FE1F69DB3A0070:A8AA42E83FAC61D2F9ED70A94D20EC11|/

It is a valid link but aMule says it is invalid after I click commit. I think it is because it is too long for one line and it breaks into two and then aMule gets confused.

aMule handles ed2k links even if they are split into various lines. The above problem is strage, it is probably due to the s= or h= specifiers. will have to look at it deeperly :-/

Thanks for th report!
