Title: "Who can see shared files" not available?

I just noticed that I can't set who can see my shared files in Preferences/Security. There is a box "File Options". The section "Who can see shared files" there is just empty space, then comes the next section, "Default Permissions", which is ok again.
Any idea how that may come about? BTW, I'm running amule under Debian/Sid (1.2.6+rc8-1).
