Title: upload bytes not remembered

In shared files screen, only the upload counts for the current session are counted.

For example, one of my files I see:

Size  .... Requests Accepted Transferred
35.57 MB  18 (18)  5 (5)      11.43 MB (11.43 MB)


Notice how the numbers inside the parens are the same as the numbers outside the parens...  and its the same for every other file.  Somehow the cumulative totals are hosed whenever I restart.
