Title: Failing to contact servers

HI!

RC8 often fails to contact the servers in the list. So they get removed after the configured number of retries and then the server list is empty. While this happens, I am still connected to one of those servers.

But I can ping those servers with the ping command without a problem.

This problem started after upgrading from RC7 to RC8.

Restarting Amule usually fixes this problem for a while.

RC8, Suse 9.0, Firewall (UDP off), DSL (24h disconnect).

sidamos,

RC8 is way too old code. There have been toooooo many  bug fixes already. Can you try a cvs tarball? You won't be disappointed. ;)
