Hi all!
I just noticed that if amule (CVS from 2005-05-26) stops because of not enough disk space, it will stop *all* the downloads, even those that already have all the space allocated, and therefore should complete succesfully. Bad bug, at least for me :(
Thanks for any help.

are teh temp folder and incomming folder on the same partition?

CVS from 2005-05-26

Unless you can tell me a way to detect if the partition uses sparse files, then that's what I have to do, since then I can't assume that the space has been allocated. The common partition types on linux at least use sparse files.

Can you tell us how will aMule be in the future?

:P sorry, that was a typo. CVS is from 2005-03-26. A way to know if aMule uses (or not) sparse files could be the filesystem, both my incoming and temp are on FAT32 filesystem , which does not support sparse files, and on the same partition so that's a possibility. Other could be creating an option for amule not to use sparse files, no matter what the filesystem is.
Can you tell us how will aMule be in the future?
Hmm...yeah, maybe...in the future aMule will be an even better ed2k client, will have Kad support, will have no known bugs (just like emule now) and will support every platform/OS know to humanity. :D
Regards.
