hi , im using amule 1.2.3 package for debian sid/linux/ppc but i cant donwload server.met never , all time i click on the icon to download servers -> file server.met is corrupted, and i try other servers.met but say same again
any idea ? ?(

1. uncheck in your preferences autoupdate server list
2. close aMule
3. go to your .aMule dir & rm -f server.met
4. dl fresh server.met from http://ed2k.2x4u.de/ and save it in your .aMule dir
5. launch aMule
should be ok now ;)

what's your arch? i386 or ppc?

r u sure u unchecked all autoupdates serverlist in your prefs?

yes i uncheck all :P
now i put some servers manualy and not connect :P
and in the Shell say this :
Not connected at network with ppp0 direct connection
Not connected at network with eth0TODO: TWEAKS missing
dont say nothing about eth1 :P i connect with this network card (eth1) to internet , cant be realted with this ?
deltaHF : i have my prefs almost ident i has uncheck safe conect too but i put it again

Problem is aMule is not ready for arch. different from i386, although we have someone working on that.

I followed Delta's instructions, but I get the same problem: The server.met is always corrupted. Any fix for this problem ?

aMule is NOT ppc compatible right now :)

Ok, thanks for the fast reply. I'm happy with mldonkey anyway, but I was curious to see how far amule has come. I'll check back in the future.
