Title: Not all icons are installed

Hi,
I noticed, that amule.xpm get's installed, but wxcas.xpm and alc.xpm are not. I know they are optional, but they should at least be installed, if the corresponding programm get's installed, too.

Same thing for wxcas.xpm (at least in 2.0.3, no idea about current svn as I don use wxcas)...

Strange, while package building I have to copy it by hand.
