I want to share with you an email I got recently.

I saw github issues is only full of people reporting bugs (which is okay because that's what is it about) so i wanted to send you an email to say "thank you for keeping Amule alive!"

Developing an open source project is not always easy as people hardly make PRs yet they report a lot and expect everything to be stable.

So it's really cool to see that Amule got updated after all this time!

Thanks for all developers, contributors, testers, translators and everyone for spendig your precious time on aMule. And finally, thank you for your kind words.

I want to say THANK YOU again.

I've just set up amuled running on a headless box, and it works very well.

This aMule software is great, and I am very grateful for the work its developers are doing!

Hey GonoszTopi et al!

For some random reason today I remembered of my aMule days, 15 years ago! (OMG)
I went to visit the website and sure enough I see GonoszTopi keekping up the amazing hard work that Kry, Xaignar, DeltaHF, etc were donig back in the day :) Those fun days in IRC have just come back so vividly to me!

I hope you are doing fine. I see Vollstrecker is also still around. The world needs more people like you ;)

Cheers for aMule and all its long history of developers/contributers!!

P.S.: I see I still beat you at number of forum posts hahaha
