Is it just me or this is a general bug?I cant see any graphs in amuleweb graphs tab....I know something is going on with amuleweb and php is very nice with my native language....

You're not only wardevil, I have the same bug. It seems there's a problem with the EC_OP_STATSGRAPHS response to the server. The response seems to be made correctly by amule but it is not recevied as it should on the webserver. I didn't investigate further into this bug, I hope it will help.
