Title: Can't download >1 Kb/s

Hi!

I can't download more than 1 kb/s at aMule 2.0.3, i've tried all versions, and with panther and tiger.

What am I doing wrong?..

did you read http://www.amule.org/wiki/index.php/AMule_is_slow? do you have a highid?
