glad to see you back again.
There is a strange behaviour related to speed limits, at least in my little ARM box.
I have the limits set to UL 15BKB/s DL 60KB/s. When I started amule yesterday, UL rate quickly rose to 15 and remained stable. DL rate was low at the beginning, this is OK. After 10 hours or so, DL rate was about 12-15KB. This seemed to me a bit poor, cause my downloads have a lot of sources. Moreover, the DL graph showed a wave shape typical of limiting. So I started to play a little with limits.
First, I set DL to 0KB. DL rate quickly rose to about 50-55KB. Then, setting the limit a bit lower each time, it seems to me that the limit set by amule is 1/4th of the limit set by me.
I'm happy to see the bugs I report now are not so critical :-)
