The RPMs for aMule 2.1.1 have been updated to run over wxWidgets 2.6.3.
Old RPMs built on wxGTK 2.6.2 have been removed.
From now on, RPMs for official sources of aMule are built against wxGTK 2.6.3 (http://www.oldfrog.info/Linux/RPMsaMule/wxGTKu%202.6.3).
The general message has been changed to (http://www.oldfrog.info/Linux/RPMsaMule/)
These aMule RPMs are dedicated to Mandriva, the menu entries for aMule and wxcas will be in "Internet / File Transfer".
aMule CVS is based on daily snapshots and RPMs are themselves built on monthly built snapshots of wxWidgets. Thus giving you the cutting edge for aMule.
Most recent delivery of aMule is provided with the most recent oficial delivery of wxWidgets.
Please download wxWidgets and aMule rpms from the same directory.
The current CVS for wxWidgets prepares version 2.7, is labelled as 2.7 in libs, so you may have apps running standard 2.6 (as vlc) and aMule CVS running 2.7 as well.
Note the GL library has not been included as it gave a dependency on my own Nvidia libraries. Anyway, it's not used by aMule.
