Hello, I have this Provider-Connection:
Max. Downstream: 2048 kBit/s
Max. Upstream: 192 kBit/s
I load files from amule 2.1.1 with this speed:
I have 30 Downloads
My average down and up speed is: down:110 and up:18
My Seetings are: Max download: 190, Max upload: 18, slot:2, hard limit:300 maximum Connection: 600.
What can i do to have a better down? Is it possible to use the free speed of 70Kb/s (from 110 to 190Kb/s) ?
Maybe i have wrong seetings in hard limit and max connection or?

Uhm...I don't see any problem. You already get 6-times more than you give to the ed2k-network.
OK, you could set your upload to 20kb/s to gain some more credits which results in faster advancing in the other's queues.
