When I run it, I just see the standard MacOS crash dialog "aMule has closed unexpectedly". You can see the crash log here:

I tried to copy it here, but it was longer than the allowed message size.
If I can help troubleshoot this differently, let me know. I don't have the developer tools installed but I can try.

Thanks! I just tried that one. Alas, it crashes on launch every time (M1 Max processor, MacOS 12.5). Sorry but I am not seeing that on my own Hw (M1, macOS 12.5). Maybe if more details on the crash are provided, I can help you a bit more. |

hi there,
i am a very happy amule user since... at least 12 years i think. my setup consists of amule running on my linux nas (actually: version 2.3.3 dockerized) and using the client on windows and on my android mobile. for some reason the windows amulegui i am using (i can't remember where i got it, i can only say that on the upper bar i can read "amule remote control svn rev 10802) stopped working: it connects and starts to get the downloading files list... and then freezes with no error. I tried to download amule compiled for windows (ver 2.2.3) and when i connect amulegui to my daemon i can read this in the logfile: "Sent error message "Invalid protocol version.( 0x0200 != 0x0204 )" to client." I do not have the expertise to compile amulegui in windows, any hint on where i can find the client for windows (and android)? thanks in advance |

It happens either with 2.3.2 and 2.3.3 with both Ubuntu and Debian when I have time I will try on virtual machines with the same characteristics, one with Windows and the other with Linux, to check if even in this case the problem occurs only on Linux |
