Mockups for a global Tango design
« on: December 19, 2007, 01:56:33 AM »

Some months ago I was talking about the fact that I'd like to see ALL aMule's icons replaced by Tango ones in next version. I don't know how much coding effort it would take, nor I know how to do it, since those icons are not present as image files in the source code and I'm not a programmer; I don't even know whether the developpers really want to implement it (even if wuischke seemed quite interested)...
Anyway, I'm going to upload some "mockups" of what I'd like to see in version 2.2.

NOTE: these are NOT screenshots. Icons were added manually. (GIMP rules! ;))

Actually I wanted to expand the skin code to allow replacement of all icons (as well as writing a comment about your skins) since last week's Wednesday, but obviously I've been too busy with other stuff, I'm sorry.

But I'll try to get it done over the holidays, please keep on with the good work!

Wow, that would be cool!
Don't worry, we are all a bit overwhelmed with work in this period...
Have a nice holiday and... by the way, Merry Christmas and a Happy new Year to the whole aMule Team!
