[RESOLVED] Client ... cause an error: 7. Disconnecting client
« on: September 06, 2004, 07:17:54 AM »

all,

The above error is generated in large volumes. sometimes it does hang the client and then i get messages like "will not send SecIndent.... because state is Zero". Only remedy is to kill client and restart

Disable verbose messages on core tweaks, on preferences.

Thx, although this improves the interactivity of the client interface, it does obviously not resolve the problem, let alon explain the SecIdent messages...

Those are debug messages only useful to debuggers. The SecIdent state and disconection via error X messages are normal.

I checked back on the client, and it transferred exactly 0 bytes (no firewall enabled). the only thing it does is disconnecting remote clients.

will try latest cvs
