Lots of corrupted parts?

I've never had such problem with previous releases of aMule, but now with 2.0.0rc1 I usually have to download again a lot of parts of files... Has this problem already been reported by someone else?

That speaks about last chunks, I've got this problem in the middle of the file too  ;) Or maybe I should go to sleep, it's a bit late  :P

I believe you are trying to download corrupt files. That's why it's downloading again and again the same chunks. It downlaodes the chunk and then checks the file. Since it results incorrect, it download the file again.
