tiny bug in amuleweb
« on: October 31, 2004, 03:44:40 PM »

the partial and total numbers for "complete" and "transferred" columns (in the download section of transfers' page) seems to be swapped.
for example my "complete" partials sums 117mb and the total is 119mb and my "transferred" partials sums 119mb but its total is 117mb

I don't think so. Have you taken into account the fact of the emule's compression? this is why transfered may be lower than completed. But just to be sure, compare the values with the columns in amule's GUI.

Regards.

of course, that's not the problem. i know about compression and the difference between transferred and completed. maybe i haven't been clear enough. this is what i'm talking about:

Code: [Select]
File Name           Size         Complete     Transferred     [...]
------------------- ------------ ------------ --------------- -----
file1.dat           699.52 MB    120.81 MB    122.61 MB
------------------- ------------ ------------ --------------- -----
Downloaded Total    699.52 MB    122.61 MB    120.81 MB

Strange. I wonder which one of the 2 are reversed.

Can you add another file and test?

I have the same tiny problem, I was wondering how aMule could complets more than it has transfered ....

I have this line (with 5 files) :
Code: [Select]
File Name                  Size          Complete     Transferred
...
Downloaded total     1.59 GB    84.05 MB     80.87 MB

Hope this can help ...

----
I have a second problems with amuleweb when entering new values in the Preferences page :
The values Before/After Applyinging are all mixed up between Bandwidth Limits / Connection Limits / File Settings (box are checked or unchecked).
This is quite strange ...

Neurone:
Check http://wiki.amule.org the aMule FAQ there to know about compression. juanii's problem is different ;)

Greetings!
