amule 1.2.5 + wmaker

hello guys,
ich just found a strange behavior in new aule 1.2.5, i use wmaker on my server becuase its much smaller and faster than kde!
yesterday i loaded newest debian woody version of 1.2.5 from thermoman and i was so happpy, the new version runs so great i think!
but today i came back to my pc, startet xvnxviewer to have a look at my server and amule is some kind of invisible now...
at wmaker minimized tasks get a little icon, the icon is still stehe and typing "top" show me that amule is still running...

but i can't maximize amule, so i cant see whats goin on....
i restarted xserver and wmaker and then restarted amule, what i found out is, when i start amule and leave it maximised, it keeps running and i see it! *gg*
when i start amule and minimixe it or doulbe klick on the bar to "shade" it, it disappers immediatly and i can't see it anymore...
i repruduced it for 5 times now...so can anybody verify that?!
got anybody an explanation for that?!
anbody usin wmaker?!
one last thought, yesterday i was testing new amule....ok it was in the middle of the night, heheh, but that never happened...
i minimized amule for several times yesterday, but no bug was there....just started when i came back to my comp!!!

EDIT: just loaded amule-1.2.5-2 from thermoman, same strange behavior!

problem solved, Kry helped me out! thnaks for that!
in my preferences "minimize to tryicon" was checked and there in no tray on my wmaker...
shame on me!!!  :]

i don't know who changed my settings, by i will find and kill this guy!  :D
so i think one of the admins should delete this thread or move it into the official amule forum, i think there will be some guys with the same problem in the future!

I have the same problem - I cannot even maximise the amule GUI as it disappears right after I launch amule. Therefore I cannot change the minimisation switch beforehand. Is there any way how I can keep the GUI open ? Or re-open it ? In Windowmaker, I mean ..

And this brings me to the second question - why is the preferences.dat file in an unreadable binary format ? It would probably save lots of such trouble if it was editable ... Just a suggestion.

the file u need to edit is .eMule
