I installed aMule on my laptop. It started without problems. Than I started to get messages like this.

At first I thought it is one of the servers that can't keep up. (I'm still a beginner and it should work. If it works it's ok. I'm not that much a hobbyist)
At a certain moment all my downloads stopped.
I deleted all my download folder although there where downloads that were almost done. My laptop got filled up too much, but it did not work to get things running again.
I reinstalled aMule on my desktop Mac and now the same thing happened. Trying to send a message in the message area of aMule did not work although it became clear to me that merlinss_doney is part of the aMule system. so now I try the forum and hope to find out what I am doing wrong. I just made a basic installation without all kinds of fine tuning. download 0 upload 10
What is possible to solve this problem and how do I get my laptop running again? I probably forgot to delete a file.

well don worry about this messages actually, those are false alarms from some stupid clients in teh ed2k network its really nothing to worry about..
if you would get it from every client I would worry but its just one... ;)

Well, that's what I did initianally but I started to get worried as my downloads stopped and did not restart als I deleted all known files of aMule and reinstalled them. I'm affraid I have to re-try to find a solution why my downloads stopped.
Thanks anyway.

ed2k is not a network where you start at some time and never finish to download
