Title: leeching
Post by: Macer on May 27, 2006, 07:57:19 AM
What is happening. What could my Mac do wrong?
I got the next message:

[21:05:29] ujyrcb [eMule]: AUTOMATED MESSAGE: You're being banned because your client is leeching!

My uploads are set on 10.

Well, sometimes I have to delete some files to clean up my laptop as my harddisk is getting too full.
But leeching?

To be honest, I'm not really worried, but I would like to understand at least a few principles. So I'm still interested in why things happen.

well because eMule is open source, there are a lot of developers who modify their clients a little to make them "Better"

well and all those clients behave a little different, so you get once in a while some "stupid" error msg like

"leeching or connection to fast"
