Title: last reception from mtime when unknown

When the last reception time is Unknown, please read modification time of partfile and show it as "m: DATE TIME". This can be false if mtime is affected eg. by copying, but is much more userful than "Unknown".

well, last reception Unknown is no last receptoin. I see it useful as it is.
