the WebCache is a big think!
I don't understand why you don't' implement it!
I have begin to modify the code, but I don't have enough time.

What we really need is people actually reading the Features NOT to request (http://forum.amule.org/thread.php?threadid=9735) thread before they post feature requests... ;)
