Title: How can I give comments on files?

Hi,
with most of the Emule clients it is possible to comment files. Amule has the "show all comments" option in the context menu which allows to read comments of other users, but I could'nt figure out a way to give my own comments.
Does anyone know how to do this? Would there be any reasons against a feature request in case this feature does not exist yet.

Shared files, right click on file.

For some reason comments are limited to 50 characters here. Is this supposed to work this way?
