Title: Multiple users (control an amuled w/ different credentials and own queue)

I would find it useful to be able to control an amuled over the amulegui and/or amuleweb with different credentials, so each user has it's own queue.
My problem is we are 20 users, that share the same internet connection. That means a lot of p2p clients in our house and because of the huge small traffic each p2p client causes, the line is clogged. I tried to shape p2p and prioritise the other traffic somehow, but it's not the real thing (we have a leaf/shorewall gateway).
