Title: Alphabetical resume for paused downloads

In emule it is a tick box under each category. Just be nice to have an option to set it somewhere, rather than just the default resume highest priority or whatever. Also be nice if you could set it not to start any files if there are none left in the current category or unasigned.

Made the changes myself, quick hack, no way to set behaviour between my preference and the current.

Still think they would be useful features for others though.
