hi guys
I need to stop sharing my files !!!! I looked everywhere but I couldn't find this option
sharing my files is killing the bandwidth

This is a P2P client, sharing is mandatory; if you dont want to, look elsewhere.
This said, you may want to lower the upload rate, if its killing your connection.
Know however, that making the upload less that 10 KB will limit the downloads as well; also, since eMule/aMule work in a queue & credits system, the more you upload, the more and faster you download.

you can just move your files out of the incoming folder. This will stop sharing of those files. But bear in mind that if your download becomes slow, don't complain. P2P have no place for leechers.

Even if you move the files out of the incoming folder you will still share the parts of the files you've already downloaded while the rest of the files is being downloaded.
