Atached man pages first basque translation.

How is my firt man page translation please test it and if all is ok  (I test with man./file and all seems ok for my) please add the files to cvs.

Thanks, you are the first that followed my request, I hope the others are following. Looks fine here, so I hope someone commits it soon.
