Title: Remove 3.5k/sec download speed limit

Would it be possible to remove the 3.5k/sec speed limit per slot in amule 2.1.3? Is thery any chance to recompile 2.1.3 without this limit?

I know, It has been removed in CVS rev. 6921 but I'm not able to run this build stable. It crashes about once per hour while amule 2.1.3 runs very stable.

It probably makes more sense to figure out the cause of those crashes. Let's continue that investigation here (http://forum.amule.org/thread.php?threadid=11632&sid=).
