Title: What port should I use to overcome my ISP slowing down my connection while still being HighID?

Sorry if this is a common question but the Wiki is a bit too vague for my brand of computer noobery.

try something above 40,000.

However, if your ISP is filtering p2p packets rather than port numbers, there may not be much you can do.

I think it's filtering specific ports. I shall try that.
